Wen Cuiyan is a lecturer at the School of Literature and Media in Nanfang College of Sun Yat-Sen University. She holds her PhD in Cultural Studies from Lingnan University, Hong Kong. Her research interests include everyday life, critical heritage studies, community arts and traditional performing arts.

Heritagising the everyday, the case of muyuge
Mutation Series is an online exhibit of moving images by Annie Pacaña, sound works by Children of Cathode Ray and Rubber Inc. (launched in June 2020), and movement performance by Deborah Afuang (to be launched in December 2020), inspired by the slide collection 'Cliché Verre' (1972-1987) by Juvenal Sansò. Mutation Series is a project for the Guest Curator Program of Fundacion Sansò.
Sonic Manila Research is an archiving project that gathers documentation of sounding and listening activities, which are produced as art, design, social or scientific projects. Archiving is scheduled to run from May 2020-2023, with intentions of exhibiting and/or publication within or immediately after this project duration.
